つくねは 胸肉を包丁で叩き粗ミンチにし、 つなぎに小麦粉と卵をいれて、割り箸に巻き付けました。
手に油を付けるとうまく成形できます。そして七輪に載せる前に軽くオーブンしておくと崩れづらくなります。
ビールを呑み呑みジュージュー焼きます。
熱々はうんまいッス。
